2026–2027 registration
Esports Ohio collects information needed to administer school program registration, Program Advisor certification, team registration, rosters, schedules, competition operations, payments, support requests, incident response, and required organizational records for the 2026–2027 academic year. This may include school identity information, adult contact information, Program Advisor certification responses, team and title entries, roster and game-account information needed for competition administration, limited school eligibility certifications, payment and purchase-order status, support communications, and related audit records.
Schools remain responsible for determining student eligibility and maintaining underlying school education records. Do not submit grades, transcripts, attendance records, disciplinary files, disability records, medical records, or other underlying student education records unless Esports Ohio specifically identifies a lawful and necessary process. When an eligibility or hardship issue requires review, Esports Ohio ordinarily requests a written institutional certification or limited status confirmation rather than the underlying records.
Esports Ohio uses registration and competition information to verify school authorization, administer teams and matches, support billing and financial clearance, maintain competitive integrity, communicate official notices, resolve disputes, respond to safety or conduct concerns, and preserve required records. Access is limited by role and operational need. Public competition information may include school or team identity, schedules, scores, standings, brackets, awards, and approved player display names; private contact information, payment details, support records, incident records, and student-sensitive records are not public competition information.
Questions or correction requests should be submitted through the current official Esports Ohio support process or the contact method stated in the registration system. Immediate threats, suspected abuse, medical emergencies, law-enforcement matters, child-protection matters, and urgent safety concerns must first go to the appropriate school, venue, emergency services, law enforcement, child-protection authority, or other public authority.
